First, the numbers — it’s the thing everyone asks, so there’s no sense making you scroll for it. Everything is charged per head, and meals are added on to the stay, so you only pay for the ones you want.

Getting here
We’re behind the Shiv Temple at Garat Pur Bas, with the Aravallis at your back. Keep the temple on your right and carry on.
The last stretch of road is kutcha — unpaved, and honestly a bit rough. Go slow. It is the reason the place is as quiet as it is, and by the time you’re through it you’ll have left the traffic somewhere well behind you.

No fixed hours
The pool & the rain dance
Neither of these runs to a timetable. The pool and the sprinklers are yours for as long as you’re here — before lunch, after lunch, at six in the evening because someone finally worked up the nerve.
The pool
Filled from our own tubewell, then properly chlorinated and looked after between stays — which is the part that actually matters. It is yours alone while you’re here: no sharing it with another booking, no queueing for the shallow end.

Sprinklers overhead, everybody underneath, somebody’s phone being rescued at the last second. It goes on when you want it on.

The kitchen closes
At half past ten the kitchen shuts and the staff go home to their families. After that the farm is yours and it is very, very quiet.
Food will not be served outside the hours mentioned above.
Guests are kindly requested to respect our staff and their timings.
We’re a farmhouse for families and small groups, not a party venue. If you’re looking for a place to be loud until three in the morning, we’ll be the wrong farm — and we’d rather say so here than have you find out at the gate.
